Lanitra Lashay has always had a passion for hair and helping to build young girls self esteem. Originally from Michigan, a graduate of Douglas J. Aveda, she has Traveled the world learning different techniques And elevating her skills to make sure she is providing her clients with the highest of quality services. One of the most loving, humble and transparent women willing to help teach and facilitate direction to others, her ambition just doesn't stop. Lanitra has over 20 years of experience and Provides phenomenal customer service and Understands that every service needs to be customized to the individual. Making sure that every client feels welcome and knows that they are not just coming to get their hair done but also leave knowing its perfectly fine to overdose on Luxury with every service.

Her work ranges from local to bi-coastal travel not only doing hair but teaching hair, Speaking to groups and schools, working on movies, television shows and magazine covers with a long list of celebrities. Lanitra has helped over 30 young ladies in becoming Entrepreneurs and owners of their own small business. She offers a mentorship program to young girls and boys that want to turn their passion into profits.
